Sunshine Cleaning

Have you seen Sunshine Cleaning? When this movie first hit theaters I really wanted to see it! Of course I never got around to it! Al recorded it for me so I decided to watch it the other night. I wasn't that impressed! I thought it was going to be way better! It was ok, worth watching, but not worth buying!

Time Of My Life

I finally finished reading Time Of My Life last night! It wasn't my favorite! I really liked it but a lot of it was really sad and depressing! I'm glad that I read it because it was pretty entertaining. It took me a really long time to get into though! Not my favorite book ever, probably wont ever read it again, not worth owning. It was good not amazing.

The Reader... The Movie

Yesterday Sara and I finally watched The Reader! We read this books months ago and never got around to watching the movie! I thought that the movie was surprisingly good! Lots of nudity and sex but not a dirty as the book! I think I liked the moive just as much as the book! That never happens! I think its almost just worth watching the movie instead of reading the book. It was good but I doubt I will ever watch it again! It was very interesting though!

Vampire Diaries Is Back!!

The long wait is finally over!! Vampire Diaries is back! I had to go two entire months without one of my favorite shows!! I'm so excited! It is on tonight! Yay!! I can't wait to see what happens next on the show! Yes, I'm a dork but this show really is good!!

Dinner & A Movie

Last night Al and I went to dinner at Applebee's with Jon and Sara! They gave us a giftcard there for Christmas but said we had to go with them to use it! We had an amazing dinner, thanks to Jon and Sara! After dinner we decided to hit up the dollar movies!



We went to go see couples retreat! I wanted to see this so bad when it came out in theaters but never got around to it! I really liked it! It had some really funny parts! It was totally worth seeing but I'm glad I waited till it was in the dollar theaters! We had such a fun night out! Thanks Jon and Sara! We had a blast and need to go out more often!!

National Popcorn Day

Today is National Popcorn Day!! Everyone needs to have a big bowl of popcorn!

Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs

Last night Al and I watched Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs! It was so cute!! We both totally loved it! I heard that this movie wasn't that great! I was so shocked at how good it was! I need to own this one some day! It's definitely worth watching! If you haven't seen it yet then you really need to rent it! So good!!

I Want!!

I LOVE snowboarding coats! I always want a new one every year! I love having a bunch of different outfits to choose from! I know thats silly but its the truth! These are my favorites so far this season! Maybe I will be able to get one!

Management

Last night Al and I watched Management! I totally thought it would be really funny because Steve Zahn is hillarious! Boy was I wrong! It wasn't really funny at all! I was rather disappointed in this movie! Not worth watching ever again! I don't know if you should waste a dollar on renting this one or your time!!

Sara's Baby Shower Invitations

Last Saturday I threw my dear friend Sara a baby shower!! I went to Paper Creations and got these adorable invitations made! Thanks to Dee Dee! When Deeds threw me a bridal shower that is where she got the invitations and they turned out so cute! So I had to go there to get mine made!! I thought that they turned out pretty adorable!! If I would have had more time I could have made them but I really liked this paper a lot!

Friday Night Lights!!

Al and I are obsessed with Friday Night Lights (the tv show) !! Last year Mark and Julie gave us the first 2 seasons on dvd! We watched both seasons in just a few days! We just finished the 3rd season and sadly the 4th wont come out on dvd for quite a while! I totally love this show and would recommend it to anyone!!

24 Books In One Year!!

Last year I set a goal to read 24 books during the year! On average 2 books a month! I love reading but thought that it would be hard to reach my goal! But I did it!! I blew my goal out of the water!! I read 27 books!! I'm so proud of myself! I hope that next year I can read more than 27! It will be tough but I think I can do it!! Merry Christmas to Us!!

Alex decided to surprise me with a trip to Las Vegas for our Christmas present this year!! We had agreed that we wouldn't get each other gifts this year but Alex is naughty and booked the trip without me knowing! I am so excited! We leave in a few hours! I love going to Vegas! I can't wait! We are staying at Treasure Island this time! We haven't ever stayed there before but we've heard amazing things about it from Jon and Sara! I am so excited for the warm weather, good food, and people watching!!

New Shoes!!

I gave in and bought a pair of flats today! They are pretty cute and really comfy! I hope that I wear them! There were a lot of other pairs I really want too! I only got one to see if I actually wear them! If I do then maybe I will go back and buy a couple more! They were so cheap! Only 20 dollars! I love a deal!

Jennifer's Body!!

Last night Al and I watched Jennifer's Body! I really wanted to see it when it came out but never did! I thought it was going to be really stupid but I thought it was so funny! I really liked it a lot!! It had some of the funniest lines! I would seriously own it some day! If you want to watch an entertaining horror/comedy you should rent this one! I loved it and Alex liked it too!!

He's Just Not That Into You

When this movie first hit the theaters I was dying to see it! I never got around to it and I just barely watched it a few days ago! I thought that it was going to be such an amazing movie! I was disappointed with it! It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be! It was an ok movie, not great though!

So Good!!

Yesterday I went with my mom, grandpa, aunt Noogie, aunt Nore, Uncle T, Jens, and Laney to see New Moon! I was the only one in the group that had seen it before! I loved it! It was so fun seeing it the second time! I missed out on a few tiny details! I need to go see it again when its in the dollar theaters! No one liked it as much as I did! I am such a nerd! I can't wait to go see it again!!

Best New Years Yet!!

Last night was New Years Eve and Al and I decided to stay home and have a quiet night together! We played Mexican Train Dominoes for a few hours! I had so much fun playing games with my boy all night and watching movies! I think it was the Best New Years Yet! I had such a blast!!

4 Christmases

Last night Al and I watched Four Christmases! I totally thought it would suck! I was pleasantly surprised! It was a really cute movie and had a bunch of cute parts to it! I thought it wasn't going to be funny at all but I definitely was laughing throughout the entire movie! I thought it was really cute! Worth watching for sure!

Public Enemies

Today my Mom and Unca Dan came over to hang out and watch Public Enemies with us! I LOVE Johnny Depp and wanted to see this movie so bad! I thought that it was pretty good but not my favorite! I loved Johnny in Blow, where he plays a bad guy but this one wasn't nearly as entertaining or as interesting as that movie! I liked it a lot but it was hard to keep all of the different characters straight and know who they actually were. It was good but not amazing like it should have been!

The Princess and The Frog

Yesterday I went with Al's family to see The Princess and The Frog!! Sadly Al had to work so I went with all the girls (and Brody) to see it! I LOVED it!! I thought that it was so cute! I can't wait to add this to my collection of dvd's! It was pretty creepy though! If I were a little kid I would have been terrified of the shadow man and all of the scary voodoo magic he does! I can't wait to go see it again and drag Alex with me!

Christmas Pictures

Mark and Julie gave Alex and I a new camera!! They gave it to us on Christmas Eve so we could take pictures on Christmas! Aren't they the greatest? We had been without a camera for 4 months! I absolutely love our new camera but I'm still trying to figure out all the awesome things it can do! Thanks guys for such an amazing camera! You are too good to us!!

Angel Food Cake

Today I made my first gluten-free angel food cake! It tasted pretty good but was very dense! I wanted it to be light and fluffy and sadly it didn't turn out like that at all! I am determined to get it light and fluffy next time! My uncle told me to beat the egg whites longer next time or to add more! Does anyone else have anymore suggestions?

Sherlock Holmes

Today Alex, Marky, Julie, Koali, and I went to see Sherlock Holmes! I thought that it was pretty entertaining! Alex wasn't too impressed! He fell asleep for half the movie! I loved Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law! I thought that they were very funny together!! It was a pretty good movie, not my favorite but worth seeing!

Done!!

Somehow I managed to get all of our Christmas shopping done in 2 days! I finally finished today! I spent 9 hours yesterday shopping! The crowds were terrible! Next year I am planning ahead!!

How the Grinch Stole Christmas

I just finished watching The Grinch! I loved this story when I was a kid and it is so fun to watch it over and over again! It is up there on my list of favorite Christmas movies! Such a good one!!

I'm Dreaming Of A White Christmas!!

It snowed non stop yesterday! I really want a white christmas this year! The weather man stays that snow is not in the forcast! Cross your fingers and hope he is wrong!!

Love Actually!!

Yesterday Sara and I watched my favorite Christmas movie Love Actually! It is such a great movie! I watch it every Christmas at least once! I absolutely LOVE it!! Alex for some reason refuses to watch this movie! He just needs to give it a chance! If you haven't seen this movie you really have to! It is so wonderful!!

The Nutcracker!!

Last night Julie, Koali, and I went to see Ballet West's The Nutcracker! It was so amazingly good! I absolutely loved it! It was so fun going out with the girls to see a ballet! Alex will sit through ballets if I force him so its nice to be able to go with just the girls! Alex's little cousin Whitney was in the ballet (one of the party girls)! It was so fun watching her throughout the entire first act! She was absolutely adorable! I loved it so much and can't wait to go again next year!!

Let It Snow: Three Holiday Romances

Last night I finished reading Let It Snow!! It was so cute! I thought it was such a fun Holiday/Christmas book! All 3 of the stories intertwine with each other! They are such cute stories! The 3 stories take place in the same town on Christmas Eve! I really liked it a lot! I might have to read it again next year to help get me in the spirit of Christmas!

Sad!! I just heard that Brittany Murphy died yesterday! I really liked her! I LOVED her in Clueless! I can't believe she was only 32 when she died! So sad! I will really miss her! She was a funny and entertaining girl! Rest In Peace!

The Holiday!!

I wasn't feeling too well yesterday so I decided to have a lazy day in bed! I watched The Holiday! I absolutely LOVE this movie! I think that it is so cute!! I have a confession, I watched it twice yesterday! I am such a nerd but I wasn't in the mood for anything else! I love the story of this movie and can watch it over and over again! It is so great!

Gluten-free Crepes!!

The other day Al made me some delicious gluten-free crepes!! They were so amazingly delicious! I couldn't get enough of them! I keep asking him to make them for me again! I am totally in love crepes right now! They are so yummy with cinnamon and sugar! They are so good and so easy to make!!

Holiday Inn!!

Last night while Alex was at work I decided to watch Holiday Inn! I had never seen it before and I LOVE Bing Crosby! I thought that it was so cute! I love old movies when they sing and dance!! It was so good! Definitely worth owning someday!

Procrastinate Much?

This is the worst I have ever procrastinated! I am so naughty!! Christmas is in one week and I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet! I hope that I can get it all done! I swore last year that I wouldn't be out shopping on Christmas Eve and once again I'm sure I will be! I am seriously starting to panic!

Alex and I loved Russell from the very beginning of the show! He is such an amazing crumper! I was so happy when he won! I loved Jakob, he was seriously amazing but Russell was just so sweet! I love it when my favorite wins!!

A Christmas Story!!

Today Sara and I watched another X-mas movie! We decided to watch A Christmas Story! It's one of my favorites! I was so shocked when I heard that Sara had never seen this movie! So naturally, I forced her to watch it with me! I love this movie so much! It's tradition that I watch it every Christmas! I am getting more and more in the Christmas spirit! Today we got some terrible news! Breathe Day Spa is closed!! It is our favorite place to go get a massage! I hope that they can re-open their doors once we are out of this recession! Cross your fingers that they open again soon! I have given lots of family members gift cards there and I hope that they used them!

New Phone!!

Over the weekend Alex broke his phone, again. That was the last of our phones so we had to get him a new one. Al bought the new blackberry curve! It's so pretty! He decided that it made more sense for me to have the new phone and him take my old blackberry pearl! I am much more careful with my phones and don't break them nearly as often as he does! I am loving my new phone and having fun trying to figure out how to use it! Thanks Al for the NEW phone! I love it!!

Yummy Potatoes!!

Al's mom, Julie makes the best potatoes! I asked her for her recipe and tried my hardest to make them taste half as good as hers! I offered to bring the potatoes to Sara's and Jon's Christmas party last night! I was so nervous but I thought that they turned out so good! I had a big plate full and by the time I went back for seconds they were gone!! So I guess that means everyone else thought they were pretty delicious too! Cooking gluten free foods can be kind of tricky sometimes but the potatoes turned out amazing! Thanks Julie for the recipe!!

Peppermint Hot Chocolate!!

I am in love with Peppermint Hot Chocolate right now! I have had a cold for the last week and a half, (thank you, Alex) and all I have wanted to consume is hot chocolate! It is so good! The last few mornings have been really snowy so I've made my self hot chocolate and gotten back in bed to read for a while! It's been so nice!

To Catch A Pirate

I just finished To Catch A Pirate last night! I loved this book! It was so cute! It was so fun reading about pirates! It was such a quick read! I read it in 2 days! I couldn't put it down! It was so addicting! If you love pirates half as much as I do, I bet you'd love this book! It was great!!

White Christmas!!

Today Sara and I watched another Christmas movie to get us more excited for Christmas! We watched White Christmas!! I love this movie! It's one of my favorites! It is so good! If you haven't seen this movie, you have to! It's so good!

Oh, Christmas Tree!!

The tree is finally decorated!! I got it up a bit later than I had wanted! I love having my tree up with the lights on! It just makes my house look so cozy! I am getting so excited for Christmas!!

The Beach House

I just finished reading The Beach House!! I absolutely loved it! It was such a cute story! I love that it ended happy! It was a really good book! It would be the perfect book to read at the beach! If you want to read a really good book this one was so cute! I loved it!! I didn't want it to end! I wanted to read more about all the characters I loved!

Pearl Harbor

The attack on Pearl Harbor was 68 years ago today. Have you ever been to the Memorial? It is a really powerful place to see at least once in your life. It is such a sad place but surprisingly peaceful. It is such a huge part of our history as Americans. I don't think that anyone will ever forget the loss of all that died that day!

Pizza

I LOVE pizza! I have decided it is my favorite food and the food I miss most not being able to eat wheat! I have tried to make gluten free pizza and it never turns out that good! Yesterday we had the Neff family Christmas Party, Lights On! Al's adorable grandma made me the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! Now all I can think about is pizza, pizza, pizza! It was amazing!!

Howard Jones Greatest Hits!!

Have you heard of Howard Jones? I hadn't ever heard of him till today! I am loving his greatest hits!! Thanks to Mark and Julie, they let us borrow this cd! I was shocked that he had so many amazing songs in the 80's and I didn't even know his name! What Is Love is my favorite right now, but every song is good!!

Nightmare Before Christmas!!

Sara and I decided that we are going to watch at least 1 Christmas movie every week until Christmas! This week we watched The Nightmare Before Christmas!! It is one of my favorite Christmas movies for sure! I love all the songs! Zero is my favorite, he is so cute!! If for some insane reason you haven't seen this, you have to watch it! I love it!!

Th1rteen R3asons Why!!

I just finished reading Th1rteen R3asons Why!! I absolutely LOVED this book!! It was so good! It was so sad though! I cried a little bit throughout the entire book! This is a book that I will want to read over and over agian! There are so many characters that are all intertwined with each other and sometimes it was hard to keep track of them! If you want to read a really good book you should read this one!! It's definitely one of my favorite's now!!

Angels and Demons

The other night Trevor came over to watch Angels and Demons with us! I read the book about 5 years ago and same with Alex! I was surprised that I really liked it! I thought that it would totally suck. I was disappointed in The DaVinci Code but this movie was so much better!! If you haven't seen it, its worth watching!!

24 Days Till Christmas!!

It's finally December!! I love the month of December! I have a lot to do to get ready for Christmas! I still have to decorate and start thinking about Christmas presents! I have already been listening to lots of Christmas music over at Sara's house! (Alex hates it!) I am so excited for this Christmas season!!

Today is Al's dad, Marky Mark's birthday!! I have the best father-in-law in the entire world! I am so lucky to have married into such an amazing family!! Tonight we are going to dinner at Market Street to celebrate his birthday! Happy Birthday Mark! We love you!! Thanks for being so great!!

7 Months!!

I can't believe that Eclipse is coming out in only 7 months!! I am so excited! I thought it was going to come out a year after New Moon but I guess I was wrong! It's in theaters June 30th!! Yay! I can't wait!!

A Christmas Carol

Sara, Jon, Alex, and I just went to see A Christmas Carol in 3-d on the IMAX!! It was so fun seeing it in 3-d! I have always loved the story of A Christmas Carol! I really liked the spin Disney and Jim Carrey put on it!! I thought that it was really good! Alex slept through half of the movie! I think it's totally worth seeing! Alex might disagree with me though!

Go UTES!!

Today is the day we wait for every year! The biggest game of the year! Utah vs Byu! I am a bit nervous for the game! I hope Utah kicks their trash! Sara, Jon, and Oliver are coming over to watch the game with us! Go Utes!!

Star Trek

My mom was dying to watch Star Trek with us! Yesterday she came over to watch it with us! I had wanted to see this movie for quite a while! Everyone that had seen it was raving about it! I am not a Treky in anyway! I really liked this movie though! I was shocked that I liked it so much! Alex thought it was ok, not his favorite!

Puzzle Time!!

In my family the holidays equals puzzle time! I swear its our favorite activity to do over at my mom's while chatting! Alex loves puzzles! My favorite part is getting the edge done! My mother is a huge nerd and everytime she gets a piece she has to say, 'Success!!' It's pretty entertaining! I can't wait to see how many puzzles we get done this holiday season! Becca is a huge puzzler and we usually get a few done in the week she visits! I can't wait!

Trans!!

Oh my f!! We just saw Trans!! Sara invited me to go with her and her family! It was such a fun girls night out! I have always loved Trans but it was so amazing actually seeing them in concert! It is so insane!

It totally got us in the Christmas spirit! I can't wait to go again next year! It was so great! Thanks again Sara for letting me tag along with you!!

The Goods

Last night Trevor came over to watch The Goods with us! We really wanted to see this movie when it came out but never got around to it! I thought it was pretty funny! Not the funniest or best movie ever but worth watching! I think I was expecting it to be better so I was a bit disappointed! If you love Jeremy Piven half as much as I do, then its worth watching!

America's Next Top Model Is...

NICOLE!! She was our favorite girl from the very first episode this season! Uncle Dan and I were so excited to see our favorite win!! She is such a nice girl! Here are a few of my favorite pictures of her!

Last night Alex and I watched I love you, Beth Cooper! I had been dying to see this movie for months! I love Hayden Panettier! She is so adorable! It was surprisingly a cute movie! It wasn't the greatest movie ever but I still really liked it! I'm glad that we waited to rent it!

Poor Alex!!

Poor Alex woke up this morning with a horrendous toothache! His right side of his face was terribly swollen!! My poor boy has an abscessed tooth! I feel so bad for him! It really looks quite painful!! Lucky us, we don't have dental insurance until January!! That was a very expensive prescription!! I hope the antibiotics help!!

MLS Cup

Tonight is the MLS Cup!! Can you believe that Real made it all the way there? I couldn't! I hope that they kick LA's butts!!

No Reservations

Last night I watched No Reservations. I had wanted to watch this movie for quite a while but never had enough time. I thought it was a really cute movie! I like it alot!! If you are in the mood for more of a chick flick this one was really cute!!

Oprah

Yesterday Oprah shocked the world by saying she is retiring in 2011! Good for her! She has so much money she should just stay home and enjoy her billions! Our tv's wont be the same with out her but I think I will survive.

LOVED IT!!

Last night Sara, Jon, Koali, Trevor, Al and I went to see the midnight showing of New Moon! I absolutely loved it!! I was so shocked! I'm usually so disappointed in the movies! I thought that it was way better than Twilight! I can't wait to go see it again! If you haven't seen it yet you are going to love it!!

In-n-Out Burger

Are you a fan of In-n-Out burger? Today is the grand opening of the second location in Utah. The newest location is in Orem! I like In-n-Out a lot but I'm not driving to Orem for a burger. Call me crazy but I would rather have Wendy's!! Maybe I will have one when all the hoopla dies down!! Enjoy your burgers everyone!!

Twilight Tatts!!

What do you think of these Twilight tattoos? Some of them are pretty cool! (in a totally nerdy way) I would really love to get a full sleeve of Edward on my arm! Not!! I'm so glad that I am not obsessed with tattooing my entire body because I would definitely get one of these lame tatts! I am that big of a nerd!!

New Moon

I just finished reading New Moon for the second time! I never wanted to re-read this one. It was my least favorite of all the books! It's so sad and depressing! But the second time I liked it a lot more! I really love these books! I'm so glad that my cousin, Ada got me hooked on them!!
