Apples to Apples

Sunday night we played Apples to Apples after dinner at Julie's! It was such a fun game! It would have been a little bit more fun if Deeds wouldn't have killed us! I love playing games but the only game I ever beat anyone at is Harry Potter Trivia! I don't know if thats exactly something to be proud of!

Still Snowing!

It's still snowing! This is what I woke up to this morning, 7 inches of snow! It is always so beautiful when it dumps snow!! I am probably one of the only people in Salt Lake that is ecstatic about this! It hopefully means that the ski resorts will be able to stay open longer! 2 years ago they stayed open til after July 4th! I doubt that will happen this year but I'm still hoping for at least May! Cross your fingers!!

New DC Coat!!

I just bought this DC Snowboarding Coat! I love buying coats at the end of the ski season so they are a lot cheaper!! I got it from Brociety.com! It is the best website ever! They have great deals on all sorts of stuff about every hour! They sell snowboarding gear to Element Hoodies! Its a 300 dollar coat and I got it for 75! What a steal! Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead!!!

This was my favorite movie when I was a kid! Whenever it was my turn to pick a movie to rent I always picked this and I drove my sister insane! I have wanted to re watch it for quite sometime to see if it was as good as I remembered! Alex recorded for me yesterday and I am so excited to go home and watch it tonight! I love reliving my childhood!!

Shoe Fetish!!

Alex and I have a serious shoe fetish! Its hard to say who loves shoes more or who has more pairs!


Alex just bought these DVS shoes! He lost a pair in his suitcase so these are the new ones he bought to replace them! They are pretty cool!



I decided to get these Steve Madden Boots! I absolutely LOVE them and they were on sale because its spring! Lucky me!



I also bought these BCBG Boots! I think that they are so cute and will be the perfect everyday boot! Not too fancy and not too high of a heel! Horay! 2 new pairs of boots!

Beyond Glaze...

A week ago I got the best news ever from my Uncle Dan... Beyond Glaze is going to start making gluten free donuts and scones!! This is the most amazing news! I haven't had a donut in 3 years!! So if anyone knows someone with celiac disease please let them know about this place! They also will deliver to you anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley!! I can't wait to try them!

Continental SUCKS!!!

Two and a half months later, we finally got a check from Continental for losing our bag. The crappy part is that the check was only for $2,600! (almost 1,000 dollars less than we claimed!) They didn't give us the full amount because they wont pay over 100 dollars on one item! I had so many things in that bag that were well over a hundred dollars! They also wont give you any money for any electronics that you have in your bag! Oh well, I guess I should be glad that we got any money from those jerks! Now we get to try and buy back all our favorite articles of clothing that were in the bag! Alex and I will never fly Continental EVER again!!!

Celebrity Crushes, Its all about the Ladies

Alex and I have so many crushes its crazy! I thought I would mix it up a bit and do an all ladies edition!!!

We love Kate Beckinsale! She is so gorgeous! I think she is a wonderful actress and so cute!

Emmanuelle Chriqui aka Sloan from Entourage! We love her on Entourage! She is so beautiful! Alex loves her and has wanted me to put her on for a while now!

Adrianna Lima! She is so gorgeous! My second favorite Victoria's Secret model! I think she is so amazingly beautiful!!

TWILIGHT on DVD!!!

Horay!! Today Twilight is out on DVD!! I am so excited! I cannot wait! I totally am going to buy it today and watch it! (most likely alone, Alex refuses to watch it again!!) I have been looking forward to it for ever! Yes, I am that lame! At least I didn't go to the release party at midnight! I'm a little too old to do that!

I am so excited to see this movie! It comes out today! Alex and I have been looking forward to this movie for a few months now! The day has finally come! We are going to see it tonight! I can't wait! Hopefully its as funny as Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall!

The Birthday Girl!

Last night we took my mom out to dinner for her birthday!

My mom opening her presents! Yes I wrapped her present myself!

We went to Macaroni Grill, one of my mother's favorites! The food was so good and they even had a few different entrees to choose from if you can't have gluten!

Mommy with her yummy cheesecake! They sang Happy Birthday to her in Italian even thought she didn't want them to! We had a nice night celebrating my Mommy's Birthday!

Happy Birthday Mudder Dearest! Today is my adorable Mother's Birthday!! I hope that you have a wonderful birthday Mommy! Alex and I love you so much and we are so lucky to have you in our lives! Thanks for being the best Mom ever!! Did you get the Birthday Surprise that we left at your house last night? I LOVE YOU MOMMY!!!

Quite The Eventful Weekend!

My fun filled weekend started out very stressful! On Thursday around 4pm I decided I should check my flight status just to make sure that I was going to be able to make it on to that flight! To my dismay, I wouldn't have made it! It was completely booked!! I started to panic and freaked out a bit but then we figured out that I would be able to fly out of SLC around 7 that night if I spent the night in Long Beach! I really didn't want to spend the night by myself in Long Beach at a seedy motel so I talked Alex in to going with me! He is the best husband ever! We landed in LB around 9 and then got in a taxi to find our motel...

This was the grossest Motel I have ever stayed at!! It was so nasty! And to make matters worse... On the internet when we booked the room it was called Comfort Inn but there was no Comfort Inn anywhere and we ended up spending a ridiculous amount of money on the cab ride trying to find a motel that didn't exist!! It sucked!!

Alex and I had a nice breakfast together at the Airport! I got on my flight to San Francisco and Al got on his back to Salt Lake!


Becca and I just hung out at their house and waited for Megan to get home from work! We tried to take a cute picture! It was really hard though! We were laughing hysterically!

We played a lot of Hand and Foot! It is such a fun card game! Megan kicked our butts every game! (I still want a rematch!)


We went to one of Megan's friends party. He just finished his PHD at Stanford so we went to celebrate!

Megan and Peanut! Peanut is adorable and everytime I took out my camera he came running over so I would take a picture of him! It was so cute!!

Megan made Becca and I some delicious gluten free pancakes for breakfast! They were so wonderful! (this was the first time Megan had ever made pancakes! They turned out amazing!) Becca and Megan are so sweet and always cater to me and my allergy! They are so sweet!

I made Becca and Megan watch this with me! Its one of mine and Alex's favorites! Its so funny! They loved it too!

It was such a nice day on Saturday that we just sat outside on their patio and talked!


Tamarine! We went there for dinner on my last night there! The food was so amazing! And the best part was they had a huge gluten free menu! I was in heaven! I could eat practically everything there! So we just got 3 different things between us and we shared it all!


These chandeliers are so beautiful! Megan showed them to me and I fell in love with them! I want one!!

We are such dorks! I had to post these pictures! In Forgetting Sara Marshall some tourists do this and take pictures so we did it too! Lame I know!

I had such a fun weekend but I really missed my boy and my girls! Next time Alex gets to go with me!
