Today I went to the Dentist for the first time in 4 years!! I am such a naughty kid! I really have no excuse except I'm just lazy! But I am so lucky that I inherited strong teeth from my mom! I had NO CAVITIES!! I really need to go more regularly so my teeth wont look like this!!
This seriously makes me want to PUKE everywhere!! I am going to go to the dentist every 6 months! I promise!!
I want my teeth to look like this for the rest of my life! I have got to floss more!

Blugh, I think I really just threw up!! I can handle pretty gross stuff, but when it comes to mouths it really grosses me out!! Ugh, it gives me the willies to even think about that gross picture!! Good job on the no cavities though!
