Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween Everybody!! I love Halloween! It was always one of my favorite holidays as a kid! I loved getting all dressed up and going trick-or-treating! It was so fun! When we were kids my favorite part of Halloween was when Becca and I got home we would dump out all of our candy and switch each other for our favorites! Have a safe and fun Halloween! I Am Such A Klutz!!

On Saturday Alex and I were hurrying through the airport to get to our gate. I am the biggest klutz ever! I totally rolled my ankle and fell hard to the ground. After a while I agreed with Alex that it must have looked hilarious! My foot was so swollen I couldn't get my boot back on after going through security the second time. My ankle hurt so bad but I figured it was just a sprain. Everyone kept saying that I should get it looked at so I finally gave in and yesterday went to the doctor. I sprained the outside of my ankle (a 3rd degree sprain) and broke the inside! I suck! Oh well! At least I don't have to have a cast!

The Time Traveler's Wife...The Movie!!

Last night Sara and I went to see The Time Traveler's Wife! We read this book back in August and didn't love it. We liked it but everyone talked the book up so much that we kinda had higher hopes for it. I actually was pleasantly surprised with the movie! I really liked it! I thought that it was so cute! I love Rachel McAdams! She did such an amazing job as Clare! I thought she was perfect! For the most part they kept true to the story. I almost liked the movie as much or more than the book! I couldn't believe it! That was a first! I totally cried a bit at the end. If you haven't seen it you really ought to!

The Vampire Diaries!!

I am totally obsessed with the show The Vampire Diaries! I know I'm such a huge dork but its so good! I got hooked with the first episode! I now look forward to thursday's all week!! It really is one of my favorite tv shows now! Yes, I am completely obsessed with vampires! It's kind of a problem! If you haven't watched it you really need to!!

It's Snowing!!

It's snowing! I'm so excited!! The first snow of the year is so exciting and I love every second of it! Once January hits I'm so sick of it, but right now its so gorgeous! I wish I could stay home today and drink hot chocolate all day and cuddle in my warm bed! It's the perfect day to stay home and enjoy a book!

Happy B-day Becca!!

Today is my sister Becca's Birthday! 28 years old already! I hope you have an amazing b-day Becca! You are the bestest big sister in the world! Thanks for being so great! Love you!!

The Wait Is Over!!

I'm so excited!! Tempted was shipped to me early this morning! I cannot wait to read it! We have been waiting forever for it to come out! I hope that I get it soon! I'm totally going to stay home all weekend and read!

New Moon Tickets!!

YAY!!! We got our tickets to the midnight showing of New Moon!! I am so excited! We have been waiting so long for this movie! It's getting so close! 3 more weeks to go! We are seeing the 11:59pm showing at the Holladay Center if anyone wants to join us! Hurry and get your tickets! They are selling out fast!!

Too short...

That was way too short of a trip!! We still had a blast though visiting Becca and Megan. We love hanging out with them and hardly ever get to. Our camera is pretty much dead! So sad! The lens gets stuck when you turn the camera on so it will only take blurry pictures. So I didn't take any pictures while we were in Cali. I really wanted some pictures of Becca in all her boxing gear! She looked so cute! Sadly, Becca lost her first match. She got a terrible bloody nose and the ref wouldn't let her fight anymore so they called it. Lame. Oh well, next time she will kick butt! It was so fun watching Becca and being their to support her! I hope we can go to her next fight too!

Miss March

Have you seen the movie Miss March? I hadn't ever heard of it. Al said it sounded like a cute movie and rented it for us. It was actually surprisingly funny! I really liked it! I am glad that we watch it. If you want to watch a funny and cute movie this is a good one!

Quick Trip!!

Today we are going to San Fran to Becca and Megan's house! Becca has just recently taken up boxing! Today is her first match! We thought that it would be so fun to go support her! I can't wait! We are literally only going to be in San Fran for 20 hours! I'm so excited! I hope she kicks butt!!

Ghost Town!!

Last night I watched Ghost Town! My mom was raving about how great this movie was for months! I really wanted to see it when it came out in theaters but never got around to it. I thought that it was a really cute movie! It was pretty funny too! I don't think that its the greatest movie ever (like the majority of my family) but I really did like it.

Eww!!

I am deathly afraid of spiders. They seriously freak me out! The other day Alex found this spider in our bedroom!! GROSS!! I think its time that we sprayed the house for spiders! What is the best way to go about spraying? I've never done it before! Any suggestions?

No More Stache!!

YAY!! Alex finally shaved off his mustache!! Yes, this is something worth blogging about! I love my boy clean shaved and he very rarely is! So I'm pretty excited!

Hunted!!

I fianally finished Hunted! I have been such a slacker recently! I gotta get back in the sing of things and read more! I LOVE these books! I loved this one but I think that Untamed has been my favorite so far! I can't wait until the next one, Tempted comes out! I'm dying to know what happens to Zoey!

Paranormal Activity!!

Last night Alex, Trevor, Unca Dan, and I went to see Paranormal Activity! This movie really scared me! This is seriously one of the scariest movies I've seen in quite a while! You know its a really scary movie if you can't stop thinking about it later! I fell alseep really fast last night but then Al woke me up when he came to bed. Then I couldn't fall asleep because I was thinking about all the creepy scenes! I'm a pretty big wuss but this movie was terrifying! If you love scary movies you have to see this one!!

Rough Day!!

Today was a very rough day! I applied for a job I really wanted and I found out I didn't get it. Sad! 20 minutes later I find out I'm being let go from my current job. Awesome. Now what?

Macbeth...

Last night Mom, Jensen, Laney, Shantelle, Missy, and I went to see Uncle Filly and Unca Dan in Macbeth! They did such a great job! I love going to the opera and trying to find them in every scene! Its very exciting! I loved Macbeth! I thought that it was the perfect opera for the month of October! The witches were perfect! Quite creepy! I loved it so much! If you have time you should go check it out! It was so good!

Ribs!!

Alex made the BEST ribs for dinner last night! They were so yummy! We hadn't ever cooked ribs before so we had no clue how to do it! It was so easy though! I don't know why we haven't done it before! Al preheated the oven to 400 degrees and then put the rack of ribs in a baking pan with a little water in the bottom. Then Al put garlic, seasoning salt, brown sugar, and honey bbq sauce on them! Then we baked them for an hour. They turned out so yummy! I can't wait to make them again! They were so easy! Thanks Lex for the yummy dinner!

The NEW Girls Next Door...

Last night I watched the first episode of the New Girls Next Door. Alex didn't even make it through half an episode before he refused to watch anymore. The new girls are pretty annoying! I am so sad! One of my favorite tv shows sucks now, I don't even know if I'll watch it anymore! Maybe next week will be better! Holly (Hef's ex) is going to be on the show more. I'm so sad that they ruined this for me! They seriously should have ended the show for good!

Poor Cards...

The poor Cardinals lost 3 games in a row and are out of the playoffs! Alex was very upset about this, as was I! They should have won the first 2 games but by game 3 it looked like they had given up! Oh well! There is always next year! It's kinda sad we have to wait 7 months till baseball starts up again!

Girls Day!!

Today was such a fun day! My Mother and I had a bit of a girls day! First we went and got pedicures at the mall and then to see Harry Potter! It was just the two of us getting pedi's but then 2 of my cousins joined us for the movie.

Harry Potter was way better the second time! I liked it a lot more! It's now in the dollar theaters so I can afford to see it a couple more times now! Wow, I'm such a nerd!

Raspberry Almond Torte

Today at work we got taken out to lunch to Market Street! We went out to lunch to celebrate our settled lawsuit! I love Market Street Grill so much! If you haven't ever been you really need to try it! I was so pleased to hear that my favorite dessert there is gluten free! If you know anyone with celiac tell them to get to Market Street and try the raspberry almond torte! It is so amazing!

Cards vs Dodgers...

The first game is tonight at 7:37 pm! Hopefully the Cards kick butt and destroy the Dodgers! Go Cards!!

Lost In Austen!!

Last night I went over to my Mommy's to watch Lost In Austen with her! My cousins and aunt loved this movie and were raving about it so we had to watch it! I thought that it was really cute and funny! I'm really glad that we watched it! If you love Pride and Prejudice then you should definitely watch it!

Head Over Heels!!

Last night Al and I watched this movie! I LOVED this movie when it first came out! It is so cute! I kinda forgot about it and then last night I was flipping through the channels and saw it! I still remember all the finny lines by heart! I'm a nerd! If you haven't seen this movie then you really should, its such a cute chick flick!!
