Angel Food Cake

Today I made my first gluten-free angel food cake! It tasted pretty good but was very dense! I wanted it to be light and fluffy and sadly it didn't turn out like that at all! I am determined to get it light and fluffy next time! My uncle told me to beat the egg whites longer next time or to add more! Does anyone else have anymore suggestions?

I thought it was pretty good. I didn't realize it was dense until you mentioned it.

I am so proud of you! You are definitely becoming quite the Suzy Homemaker ;) I need to do some more cooking and baking! We should try and get together once a week and try new recipes!! Both gluten free and not!! :) I bet the cake turned out great!!
