I absolutely LOVE Parmesan Chicken! Alex's dearest mother, Julie introduced me to it and my life has never been the same! It really was life changing! It is such a quick and easy dinner! It takes no time to whip it together! ( less than 5 minutes! ) It is definitely my favorite dinner right now! I think Al might be getting sick of it! It's pretty much the only thing I make these days!
